Thank you for your interest in having your event at Temple Ohabei Shalom. Please fill out this Event Request form, and our Event Coordinator, Daniel Anderson, will be in touch to follow up.

We will do our very best to honor your event request date. However, due to other rentals or events the date you request may not be available. We will happily work with you to find a date that can work should we already be booked.
