Margie Zohn has 18 years of experience as an executive coach to leaders worldwide, and is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She focuses on leadership development, primarily in the areas of communication, facilitation, interpersonal dynamics and leading teams. Margie also designs and leads training programs for the corporate and nonprofit sectors. She holds a faculty appointment at Harvard University teaching public speaking, and teaches at the Simmons School of Social Work Urban Leadership Program.

Guy Sapirstein, Ph.D. With a background in Psychology, Social Science and Judaic Studies, Guy Sapirstein has over 20 years’ experience assisting individuals, teams and organizations. Guy consults, trains and provides subject matter expertise on enhancing resilience through leadership and team development, organizational culture and change, as well as Executive and Leader coaching. Guy began working with Jewish organizations in 2009 as a consultant for CJP’s Jewish Emergency Management Service (JEMS) Program, and has been consulting to the local Jewish community on a variety of resilience related
